Today, you’ll visit the main sights of Florence on a guided walking tour. You’ll begin by visiting one of the most visited spots in the city, Piazza del Duomo. You’ll then head to Giotto’s Bell Tower, the most eloquent example of 14th-century Gothic architecture in Florence, before heading to the cathedral. You’ll finish at the Accademia Gallery, which is home to one of the most stunning and most famous collections of Michelangelo’s work and includes the iconic statue of David.

Beginning with the Vatican Museums, you’ll take the beautiful spiral staircase to see the various rooms and galleries. You’ll then explore the famous Sistine Chapel with its magnificent fresco of the Last Judgement by Michelangelo before having some free time to visit St Peter’s Basilica.

Beginning at Piazza Venezia, you’ll then head to the famous Piazza Del Campidoglio, designed by Michelangelo, where you’ll have a fantastic view of the Roman Forum. You will then head to the Circus Maximus, which is one of the largest sporting arenas ever built. The finale to this tour is a visit inside the iconic Colosseum, where your guide will explain all the intricacies of this glorious landmark.

Today, you’ll explore some of Rome’s most iconic sights on this tour of classic Rome with your local guide. You’ll begin your stroll through the historic centre, where you can admire the Trevi Fountain, La Colonna di Marco Aurelio, the Palazzo di Montecitorio and Palazzo Madama – the seat of the Senate and Piazza Navona. You’ll also visit the Pantheon, an icon of Italy, as well as Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps and, finally, Piazza Venezia.

You may want to visit Piazza Tasso, a large piazza that is one of the busiest and most popular areas in Sorrento. We also recommend visiting Via San Renato, which is the colourful weekly street market.
