After check out, a driver will pick you up and take you to Rome’s main train station, where you can catch a fast train to Florence. Our driver will be waiting for you at the train station and will take you by luxury car to your centrally located hotel. Later, you will embark on a walking tour of Florence, discovering its secular heritage and architectural evolution as a city, from the Roman and medieval centuries to the glorious Renaissance period, as well as modern-day Florence.
On this full-day adventure, you will visit Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni – three icons of the Tuscan countryside. There will also be a special visit to a winery in the glorious Chianti hills for wine-tasting. You’ll begin the day in the medieval hilltop village of Monteriggioni before moving onto Siena, where you’ll explore the Siena Cathedral and Piazza del Campo. Today, you will take the train from Florence to Venice, where you will be greeted by a water taxi and taken to your specifically chosen Venetian hotel. That evening, you will enjoy a gondola ride through the city canals, including the quiet inner canals, as well as the glorious Grand Canal.
